At Opus Art Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your home decor or art supplies don't meet your expectations, we offer 30-day returns on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage to delicate home goods during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
