Telescoping Tubes

Carry your papers safely. These Telescoping Tubes allow for a variety of paper sizes to be rolled up and carried securely. Each of the three sizes is made from sturdy opaque black plastic, locks at different lengths, has adjustable shoulder straps and a locking lid. This tube has a 4" (1 cm) diameter and extends from 23" (58 cm) to 39" (1 cm) with 11 different locking positions and 2 lid locking positions.
