Featuring California Cedar casing with a special bonding agent to minimize breakage and optimize point retention, these pencils will be ideal for precise colouring or free artistic expression. The oil based lead resists smudging, even when exposed to any form of moisture.
The artist quality pigment in each pencil creates true colours that blend easily for layered effects, highlights and smooth transitions.
